Functionality

I used the testing link to book an appointment for a new test customer.

• Contact was created in GHL appropriately (although couldn’t test mapping for Business Name or Industry as that isn’t currently collecting on the form)
• Contact was created appropriately in HCP (again without testing Company Name)
• Newly created hcp customer id synced back appropriately to the GHL customer’s custom field “HCP Customer ID”
• Opportunity was NOT created in GHL
• Appointment was NOT created in GHL
• Job was created in HCP, but was not assigned the appropriate HCP employee (truck) based on which GHL truck calendar it’s on (probably bc an appointment was created in GHL)
• Newly created hcp job id was then also not passed back to the newly created GHL opportunity (bc one wasn’t. had it been, i’m not sure if this data sync would have occurred)

Visual & Contents

I’m not really sure how difficult it is to make adjustments to the front end part, but if you look at how this step looks on the example 1800gotjunk.com, I would like the same look EXCEPT:

1. branded to our colors

2. under “Today”, “Sat, Oct 21”, “Sun, Oct 22” headers, just list the available “Arrival Windows”
