About this project

We need data to sync between:

• GoHighLevel (GHL): Our CRM - Used by our Dispatcher & Office Staff
• HouseCallPro (HCP): Our FSM - Used by our field tech

We are all used to this terminology:

Leads —> Estimates —> Jobs

This is how HCP works, as well as all of our historical data.

I’m not 100% confident, but I’m envisioning the correlation between HCP and GHL like this:

Contacts<>Customers (🔥Urgent)

HCP→GHL we need ALL customer data to sync (including adding HCP Contact ID number in GHL custom contact field.

GHL→HCP we don’t really need contact info from GHL syncing to HCP until/unless that customer is ready for the estimate or job step.

Leads<>Opportunities (✖️N/A)

What we have historically referred to as “leads” are now all created and nurtured in GHL. No syncing to HCP needed.
