We are all used to this terminology:
Leads —> Estimates —> Jobs
This is how HCP works, as well as all of our historical data.
I’m not 100% confident, but I’m envisioning the correlation between HCP and GHL like this:
HCP→GHL we need ALL customer data to sync (including adding HCP Contact ID number in GHL custom contact field.
GHL→HCP we don’t really need contact info from GHL syncing to HCP until/unless that customer is ready for the estimate or job step.
What we have historically referred to as “leads” are now all created and nurtured in GHL. No syncing to HCP needed.
